Asialinx Plans To Expand Into The Region…
Asialinx is currently looking into expanding its operations into Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Talks have been underway to set up regional offices within the next 6 months and it will be to serve the ever expanding clientele from the region that has shown interest in the real estate markets of Central Asia and our region.
The Asialinx Group sees this expansion plan as a necessary step forward in growing the business to encompass the larger real estate markets available in these countries and which represents real growth potential in the next 5 years or so. As for the Philippines, Asialinx Group is considering to either co-own and operate a resort or takeover the management of a sea front resort to serve its clientele from a lifestyle and luxury point of view. A feasibility team is already studying the prospect and will give their findings within the next quarter.
Asialinx members and clients could be looking forward to a greater lifestyle offering in the months to come as the Group ventures beyond our shores to bring added value to its clientele base.
